This seems like quite an unfair report as there was no solid evidence to suggest that it was only working class people partaking in the riots, and the people who wrote the report seem to have stereotyped the people in the places where the looting happened. It uses the line 'Urban War Zone' to make it seem as though this was a fiercely fought battle between the working class and those in power e.g. the police or the government.
